Perceptis provides services through a system of redundant call centers to ensure reliability and disaster recovery. The systems we operate are tailored to each institution, and are built with no preconceived agendas. That is because we are the only end user service company in our industry that is truly independent; we are not affiliated or owned by a provider of ERP services or LMS technology and therefore are not locked into any preconceived or predetermined solution.
In many ways, our clients think of us as an indispensible partner since we are in many cases the first point of contact for the questions important to their faculty, staff and students.
