Bill Bradfield, Founder and CEO

 

 

Bill Bradfield is the Founder and CEO of Perceptis. He has more than 35 years of executive experience in the telecommunications, professional services and software industries. Prior to his work at Perceptis, Bill was the co-founder and CEO of ControlGen, Inc., an industry leader and pioneer in the use of wireless machine–to–machine applications. ControlGen was sold in 2003. Bill has also successfully run his own technology consulting company, Advantage Communications, which performed strategic technology consulting to higher education. Bill's formative career experiences were at Bell Atlantic where he finished a 21 year career as the founder and CEO of Bell Atlantic's Systems Integration Corporation and Bell Atlantic Public Sector Systems, Inc.

Russ Seiter, Executive Vice President of Client Services

 

 

Russ manages the client relations team and is responsible for retaining strategic relationships with our clients. The objective of his organization is not just to meet our client's expectations but to become a valued partner working to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies. Russ uses his expertise to drive root cause analysis, process improvement and, high-valued solutions, ultimately driving cost predictability and cost savings for clients. Russ brings over 15 years of both Higher Education and Commercial experience in IT consulting, networking solutions and managed services while working at CBIZ, Xerox and Centerbeam. 

 

Ed Tola, Vice President of Business Development

 

 

Ed brings over 14 years of Higher Education sales and business development experience to Perceptis, including a combined six years in sales management at Blackboard and The rSmart Group. He began his sales career in 1999 at Blackboard where he served as eastern Regional Sales Manager. At Blackboard, Ed was recognized as one of the company's top sales managers during the company's early revenue growth period. In 2004, Ed joined The rSmart Group as Director of Sales and was responsible for the creation and implementation of rSmart's corporate sales plan. In July of 2006, Ed joined Perceptis with the objective of building and managing the Higher Education sales organization. In 2011, he took on the role of Vice President of Business Development. Ed holds a MA in Education, from George Mason University and a BS in Education from Edinboro University.
