Perceptis Expands its Service to Provide 24x7 Student Help Desk Support for Pima Community College

Cleveland, OH — August 14, 2008 — Perceptis, LLC expands its successful partnership with Pima Community College district from initially providing after-hours support to now providing 24x7 information technology help desk support for its students and faculty. The two will also work together to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and establish predictable costs for Pima.

Perceptis is using its IP based 24x7x365 call centers to provide much of the support. Pima Community College students and faculty will be able to get help via phone, email and chat. Additionally, they will have access to SmartiPantz©, Perceptis' online self–help tool. SmartiPantz© is distinctive in that it combines aspects of social–networking and multimedia to shape and deliver the knowledge–based content.
