Bill Bradfield, Chairman and CEO – The founder and CEO of the Company, Bill has more than 35 years of executive experience in the telecommunications, professional services and software industries. Prior to his work the Company, Bill was the co-founder and CEO of controlGen, Inc., an industry leader and pioneer in the use of wireless machine-to-machine applications. Prior to controlGen, Bill successfully ran his own technology consulting company, Advantage Communications, which performed strategic technology consulting to higher education. Bill also had a 21-year career with Bell Atlantic that culminated in a 4 year run as founder and CEO of Bell Atlantic Systems Integration Corporation and Bell Atlantic Public Sector Systems.

Russ Seiter, Chief Operating Officer - Russ has leveraged his 12 years of experience in the IT services industry to manage and develop innovative solutions around Voice over IP and other Converged technologies for the Company. Russ’ consulting background has been in designing, deploying and managing Voice and Data Network solutions for organizations such as CBIZ, Xerox Connect and Centerbeam. His areas of expertise include VoIP, Voice and Data Networking, Network Management and Outsourced IT services, all of which are core competencies at the Company.

Ed Tola, Vice President of Sales – Ed brings over 10 years of Higher Education sales experience to PerceptIS, including a combined six years in sales management at Blackboard and The rSmart Group. He began his sales career in 1999 at Blackboard where he served as eastern Regional Sales Manager. At Blackboard, Mr. Tola was recognized as one of the company’s top sales managers during the company’s early revenue growth period. In 2004, Mr. Tola joined The rSmart Group as Director of Sales and was responsible for the creation and implementation of rSmart's corporate sales plan. In July of 2006, Tola joined PerceptIS with the objective of building and managing the Higher Education sales organization. Mr. Tola holds a MA in Education, from George Mason University and a BS in Education from Edinboro University.
